Innovative Technology
The X100L digital music server incorporates many innovations originally developed for the higher priced Aurender N10 and W20 models, including a solid-state drive cache for playback which eliminates jitter, latency and electrical/acoustic noise from spinning hard drives. and compact discs. The high performance USB Audio Class 2.0 digital audio output was developed using some of the same engineering techniques as the USB outputs on the Aurender N10.

Gigabit Ethernet LAN Port for Network Connectivity
For network connectivity, streaming, upgrades and file transfers, the X100L has a Gigabit Ethernet port along with two USB 2.0 data ports for copying files from USB storage devices.

Aurender App with Convenient Features
The Aurender Condutor App turns the iPad into a versatile user interface for Aurender Music Players and makes managing, viewing and playing high resolution music collections a breeze. All settings and functions of the Aurender Music Server/Player can be easily accessed through the Settings menu of the Aurender App.

MQA Core Decoder (optional in-app purchase)
Aurender’s optional MQA Core Decoder upgrade enables “first-level” MQA unfolding to play MQA files at up to 48 or 96 kHz.

Hard Disk Drive for Storage with Solid-State Drive Cache for Playback
Dual internal 3.5″ hard drives provide 6TB (2 x 3TB) or 12TB (2 x 6TB) of storage on the X100L model. Both versions have a 120G solid-state drive to cache music for high performance playback. If a selected song or album is already cached to the solid-state drive, the hard drive will remain asleep. This minimizes wear and tear on the hard drive. By caching songs to the solid-state drive for playback, electrical/acoustic noise resulting from spinning disks, moving heads and motors are also completely eliminated.

Dedicated USB Audio Class 2.0 Output with Noise-Free Power Circuitry
The dedicated USB Audio Class 2.0 output is designed to deliver an exceptionally transparent audio signal free of noise and is shielded from outside electronic interference.

Fanless Switch Mode Power Supply (SMPS)
A fanless quality Switching Mode Power Supply delivers stable power to the system.

Damped Hard Disk Drives
The internal hard disk drives are damped to minimize vibrations and noise.

USB and NAS (Network Attached Storage) Support
Best performance occurs when music is stored on the Aurender’s internal storage. However, the Aurender platform is also capable of seamlessly integrating content stored on a NAS or external USB hard drive.

3.3 inch AMOLED display
3.3 inch AMOLED display shows metadata information including song titles, artist names, bit-width and sample rate of the songs being played.

Remote Internet Technical Support
Sending a Remote Support Request using the Aurender Conductor App allows engineers to quickly diagnose and correct problems over the Internet.
