Both the amp & power supply have natural visible imperfections externally. HOWEVER, that is not what is important. The world-class electronic circuitry still functions smoothly & flawlessly & is designed to bring world-class headphones (think Sennheiser HD 600/650/800 etc) to LIFE.
It was a real shame when Headroom eventually discontinued these beauties so now they are RARE!
